Shipping Policy

At juceei, we strive to ensure a delightful experience for our customers from the moment you place your order till the moment your products arrives at your doorsteps.

This policy outlines the shipping practices and procedures for every package we send out from juceei. Our goal is to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and safely.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processes on the next business day.

Please note that during high-volume periods, such as the Q4 holiday season, processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased demand and manufacturing lead times. Normal processing and shipping times will resume after the holiday season.

Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided for each country we ship to. These times are averages and can vary based on several factors, including the destination country and external conditions.

Tracking Orders

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped. This tracking number can be used to monitor the delivery status of the order on our dedicated Tracking Page.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery time, unforeseen circumstances may occur due to customs processing time, weather conditions, or carrier delays which can impact the estimated delivery.

Customers will be notified of any significant delays via email, with updates provided regularly until the issue is resolved. We greatly appreciate your patience in such situations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties that may apply to international shipments. These fees are calculated by the customs authority of the destination country and are not included in our shipping charges. For example, customs duties may be a percentage of the total purchase value plus shipping costs. 

Sales Tax will be collected as part of the checkout process. We collect Sales Tax from you on behalf of the local tax authorities and we then pay this directly to the local tax authority.

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the event of a lost or stolen package, customers should contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action. It's important to note that juceei is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue. If the package is not found or delivered, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation. Please ensure a secure delivery location or consider adding insurance for added protection.

Damaged Delivery

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

To report a damaged item, please email us at support@juceei.com and include a clear photo of the damage. This will help us determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item name and description
  • Brief description of the damage
  • Clear photo of the damage

Once we receive your email, our team will review the information and determine if you are eligible for a replacement. If you are eligible for a replacement, we will send you a new item as soon as possible. Please note that we do not refund, replace, nor accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or if the product is physically broken. Damaged packaging that occurred during shipping such as dented boxes, etc. with a product in good condition is not considered damage. If your item qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a new item at no cost to you.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for detailed information on returning shipped items and requesting refunds. Specific instructions are provided to facilitate the return process.

Address Changes and Corrections

Once an order has been placed, address changes may not be possible. Customers should double-check their shipping information before finalizing their purchase. If an error is detected, contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order to correct the address.

Legal Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including shipping carriers and customs authorities. Our liability is limited to the value of the items purchased.
